Jupiter-3+ lens test shots

Second step of hifi/lofi approach and first tests of Lomography x Zenit Jupiter 3+ 50mm F1.5 lens on Sony A7RII. Oh what a fun to shoot with it. 😉

I’m bokeh addict, and tend to shoot wide open, therefore on first test run I concentrated on F1.5 – 2 aperture. F1.5 gives glow on focus point, but sharpness is still acceptable (for me), when aperture is F2, even while switching in evf it is possible to see how contrast and sharpness increases and glow disappears. Overall I like this lens very much, dig those deep muted colours, bokeh quality, shadow and highlight transitions, even build quality of lens. I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes my favourite 50mm lens on digital body. But enough talk for the moment, now its time to play more seriously.
